Sony Computer Entertainment today announces it has created a partnership with Tinie Tempah to promote the launch of PlayStation®4, ahead of its release in the UK on 29th November. As part of the deal, Tinie appears in an interactive documentary short released today, called ‘A Demonstration of Play’. The film captures different aspects of Tinie’s life, and features exclusive scenes of Tinie in his downtime, including trialling the brand new PlayStation®4 console and games with his friends.

The video, which also features the first chance to hear tracks from Tinie’s upcoming second album ‘Demonstration’, will also be available in an interactive format, allowing viewers to see additional angles from the film, and discover hidden content outside of the standard frame.

Available from www.ps4tinietempah.com, viewers can sync their smartphones with the film, and control the angle of view as the video plays. PlayStation’s famous symbols are also hidden within the footage – successfully finding them will give players access to competitions to win prizes such as a PS4™ console, tickets to the Tinie Tempah tour and the opportunity to view exclusive content such as a never seen before music video from ‘Demonstration’.

Additionally, PlayStation®4 is sponsoring Tinie’s upcoming ‘Demonstration’ UK tour, which kicks off in Aberdeen on December 2nd, ending in London on the 18th.
“The film is an intimate look into my work and what I do to relax. There’s always loads going on, especially when I’m recording or on tour,” says Tinie. “I’m a huge PlayStation fan. I’ve grown up with PlayStation consoles, and I can’t wait to be part of the PS4 launch.”

“We’re thrilled to be working with Tinie for our PlayStation®4 launch, and on his ‘Demonstration’ tour,” says Murray Pannell, Marketing Director, Sony Computer Entertainment UK. “Tinie is the perfect partner for us – he’s passionate about gaming and a huge success story – we’re looking forward to defining the next generation of gaming with him on board.”
