Jamie Cullum

Jamie Cullum has today announced details of his ‘Momentum Tour’ that will begin on October 14th at the Olympia in Dublin. The tour will take in 16 UK dates including, Belfast, Edinburgh, Birmingham, Manchester and the Roundhouse London. This is Jamie’s first full scale tour here in three years and follows the release last week of his first studio album since 2009.

Tickets will go on sale to fans that bought Jamie’s latest album ‘Momentum’ via jamiecullum.com on Wednesday 29th May. These fans will be emailed unique codes on Tuesday 28th May, which will allow them to purchase tickets through Crowdsurge. On Thursday 30th May tickets will become available to Jamie’s official database with tickets going on general public release on Friday 31st May.

Jamie released his sixth studio album on May 20th; titled ‘Momentum’ for good reason, it is bursting with ideas and inspirations, which almost have a life of their own and has been dubbed his best work yet. It was produced in part by Jim Abbiss (Arctic Monkeys, Adele) and Dan The Automator (Kasabian, DJ Shadow) and it should come as no surprise that, combined with Jamie’s talent, the album is brimful of some beautiful and epic songs.

Jamie gave people a taste of his electrifying live performance and showed that he easily has the stamina for a grueling 16-date tour (over almost as many days) when he played three different venues on the same day last week to promote the launch of his new album. He played on the concourse at St Pancras International, The rooftop at Shelter UK, with the finale at The London Shard. Each show was an absolute roadblock and you can expect the same this October for the ‘Momentum Tour’.
