Singer, songwriter Taylor Swift premiered the music video for her new single ‘Wildest Dreams’ last night at the MTV Video Music Awards.

The 2015 MTV Music Awards were broadcasted live on MTV from the U.S from the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles and saw Taylor win four awards – including ‘Video of the Year’ and ‘Best Female Video’.‎

Directed by Joseph Kahn and shot in Africa and California the music video for ‘Wildest Dreams’ is set in the 1950s and features a guest appearance from actor Scott Eastwood.

Written by Taylor Swift, Max Martin and Shellback, and produced by Max Martin and Shellback (for MXM productions) ‘Wildest Dreams’ is the fifth single to be released from Taylor’s history breaking new album 1989.

1989 has sold over 8.2 million albums worldwide to date, and has been certified double platinum in the UK after spending forty-one weeks in the Top 10 of the official album chart where it debuted at no.1 on release. It is the top selling album by an international artist in the UK for both 2014 and 2015 (to date).

Taylor Swift is currently embarking on the U.S. leg of her critically acclaimed worldwide tour.
