Red Velvet, one of the most popular girl groups in the K-pop industry, has announced their highly-anticipated first-ever UK and Europe headline shows in May and June. Members IRENE, WENDY, SEULGI, JOY, and YERI will bring their amazing “Red Velvet 4th Concert: R to V” tour to London’s OVO Arena Wembley on June 6th. General on-sale tickets are now available starting today at 1:00 PM local time.

The “R to V” tour is Red Velvet’s biggest world tour to date, and will take the group to London, Paris, Berlin, and Amsterdam. The concert received rave reviews, with NME describing it as “a burst of vibrant pop perfection” featuring “stunning vocals” and “flawless choreography”. Fans can look forward to an unforgettable experience filled with Red Velvet’s signature energy and infectious music.

Red Velvet will also make their way to Barcelona, Spain after their stop in Amsterdam for the group’s much-anticipated stage at the Primavera Sound Barcelona festival on 1 June. The group’s London show will be bookended by the group’s second appearance at the Primavera Sound Madrid festival on 8 June.

Red Velvet is well-known for their electrifying live performances and one of the most versatile discographies in K-pop. Their music style effortlessly blends pop, R&B, electronic, hip-hop, classical, and jazz influences, making them a unique group in the industry. Since their debut in 2014, they have amassed a massive following across the globe with their signature hits such as ‘Psycho’, ‘Bad Boy’, ‘Peek-A-Boo’, ‘Russian Roulette’, and more.

In 2019, Red Velvet set the record as the first female K-pop act to top the iTunes Top Albums Chart in 44 countries with their album “The ReVe Festival: Finale”. The album’s lead single ‘Psycho’ also topped the Billboard World Digital Song Sales chart. Last year, they released their album “The ReVe Festival 2022 – Feel My Rhythm”, which became Pitchfork’s highest-rated album from a K-pop girl group. They headlined MIK Festival in London during the summer, marking their first live appearance in the UK.

To cap off the year, Red Velvet released their eighth EP, “The ReVe Festival 2022 – Birthday”, which hit No. 1 on worldwide charts, including the iTunes Top Albums charts in 44 countries. The EP set a new record for the group, with 710,000 copies sold in pre-orders alone.
