Fresh off the incredible success of his smash debut single, “Please Don’t Go”, earning over 40 million views on YouTube and Facebook since release in late December 2015, SJM Concerts in collaboration with Will Walker Records presents Joel Adams Plus Special Guests debut London concert on Tuesday, 26 April at London O2 Islington Academy 2.  Tickets are available at http://gigst.rs/jadams

With almost two million fans and followers on social media, Joel’s blue-eyed, pop soul genre of music and solo performance will showcase his immense talents to all of Great Britain for the first time.

The success of Joel’s debut single catapulted him from YouTube cover artist with over a million fans throughout Australia, the USA, Europe, and South America to a respected singer/songwriter and landed him into an international bidding war among major American, UK, and Australian record labels, publishing companies, and booking agencies.  Joel just returned from The Grammy’s in LA, showcasing and earning offers from almost a dozen major American record labels and music publishers.

Don’t miss your chance to catch the 19 year-old, pop singer/songwriter’s first performance, just weeks away!

The single, which Joel wrote when he was just 15 years-old, composed, and co-produced, has charted globally on Billboard, iTunes, Shazam, MTV, [V] Hits, Spotify, 4Music, ARIA and other international and UK music and video charts over the last three months.  The song has reached #2 on the UK indie, single breakers charts and has maintained top 20 for over 12 consecutive weeks, all without any radio play or major record label.  “Please Don’t Go” has now been streamed over 10 million times, including over 8 million on Spotify, with London leading the way in most streams among all cities worldwide over the last month.

Joel’s success has come completely independent and is just starting to hit the pop radio airwaves. Joel will perform a full set of mostly unreleased originals (7-10 songs), including his hit single, “Please Don’t Go” and his next two singles, “Die For You” and “Lonely”, which he just finished recording.

Joel spent most of last year in New York City, Los Angeles, and New Orleans writing and honing his original music, mastering the piano, acoustic and electric guitar, and drums.  He now plans on showcasing his talents to all of London. Joel’s boy-next door good looks and laid back personality will charm the audience but his breathtaking falsetto and deep lyrics will impress music fans and critics of all stripes.

Don’t miss this young star’s rise to international stardom before he signs with a major American and UK record label and begins touring the world.
