Take That sell 500,000 tickets for their Greatest Hits Live 2019 tour

Take That fever swept the nation on Friday, when tickets for the bands 2019 Greatest Hits Live Tour went on sale at 9am. Fans snapped up over 500,000 tickets throughout the day with many shows selling out in minutes. Extra dates were added to keep up with the phenomenal demand with the band announcing a huge stadium show at Cardiff’s Principality stadium on the 8th of June which will bring the tour to a close.

Take That are renowned for their incredible live shows and their Greatest Hits Live tour is sure to be no exception. Kicking off on the 12th April, the band head out around the UK and Ireland, playing shows in many towns and cities that they have never played. They will be joined by special guest Rick Astley.

Take That have also confirmed the release of ‘Odyssey’ a re-imagined greatest hits album that takes the listener on a journey through the incredible musical history of one of the UK’s most successful bands of all time. Odyssey is release on 23rd November.
