To coincide with the announcement, the Brighton four-piece have also unveiled their official video for “Bubblegum” taken from their recent Heavy EP watch below.

Already making waves with their frenzied live show, YONAKA’s new video encapsulates a world that they and their fans have become well acquainted with. Directed by Ali Kurr (Loyle Carner), the accompanying visual for ‘Bubblegum’ takes a glimpse into the world of chaos that is YONAKA, playing to a packed out room of sweaty bodies cut with scenes of a gigantic bubblegum marauding around the hallways.

Since YONAKA’s Heavy EP was released last month, ‘Bubblegum’ has landed specialist radio support from the likes of Daniel P Carter, Hugh Stevens, MistaJam and Phil Taggart at Radio 1 as well as a multitude of editorial support.

Quickly becoming one of the UK’s most highly-anticipated live bands, the quartet worked with Mercury Prize-winning producer Rodaidh Mcdonald (King Krule, Sampha, The xx) on the five-track EP, showcasing the band’s diverse musical spectrum.
