Dean ‘Midas’ Maynard caught up with 15-year-old Angel Gold, a pop singer/songwriter from Scotland, that many are calling the ‘next big thing’.
Dean: When did you first start singing
Angel: About a year ago. I am about to release my third single, called Hide Away.
Dean: How would you describe your musical sound.
Angel: Very current, like Ariana Grande and Jessie J style with rapping
Dean: Who inspires you musically?
Angel: Demi Lovato and Ariana Grande
Dean: Who are you currently listening to right now?
Angel: Little Mix , Ariana Grande & Demi Lovato.
Dean: Who would be your dream duet?
Angel: Demi Lovato or Sam Smith. To sing with either of them, would be amazing.
Dean: Would you ever consider doing The X Factor or The Voice?
Angel: Yes I would, but not right now I would like to try and get a record deal myself first, as I still have a lot to learn.
