Fusion Festival with Vimto today announced that Aston Merrygold, Shift K3y, Luke Friend, Dappy, M.N.E.K, M.O, Karen Harding, Alexa Goddard and Stereo Kicks are all confirmed to perform at this year’s Fusion Festival. They join an all-star line up of pop superstars already confirmed to play over the three nights including; Justin Bieber, Rudimental, McBusted, Tinie Tempah, Labrinth, The Vamps, Jess Glynne, Ella Henderson, Clean Bandit and many more.

With this list of talent ready to descend on Birmingham’s Cofton Park, 50,000 music fans are set to amass for a weekend of pop music at its very best. Expect mind-blowing live performances, massive chart smash hits plus all the fun of a festival fair, with a full fairground, food stalls and many other interactive events.

Aston Merrygold came to stardom in 2008 when his band JLS auditioned for The X factor. Despite not winning the competition the group went on to achieve 5 UK Number 1s and win 2 BRIT Awards. Aston Merrygold is now embarking on a solo career, with his debut album ‘Show Stopper’, due to be released later this year.

Shift k3y- A DJ, producer, singer and songwriter from London. Best known for his 2014 smash hit single ‘Touch’. Shift k3y has also remixed multiple tracks, such as Tinie Tempah’s ‘Trampoline’ which topped the Beatport hip hop charts.

Luke Friend- Luke Friend rose to fame when he auditioned for The X Factor in 2013, finishing third. Now signed to RCA Records, Friend has released his debut single ‘Hole In My Heart’ and has completed his first sold out tour.

Dappy- Best known for being the lead singer in the London grime trio N-Dubz. Dappy embarked on his solo career in 2011 and has had a line of hits including ‘No Regrets’, and ‘Rockstar.

M.N.E.K- Grammy nominated singer, songwriter and producer M.N.E.K has written and produced for likes of Kylie, The Saturdays, Little Mix, Rudimental and Madonna. In 2014 M.N.E.K was featured on the huge top Ten hit ‘Ready for Your Love’ by Gordon City, whilst his own songs ‘Wrote a Song About You’, ‘The Rhythm’ and ‘Every Little Word’ entered the UK singles chart as well.

M.O- Annie, Frankee and Nadine are the members of the R&B girl group M.O. The girls first came to fame when they performed an acoustic version of Brandy and Monica’s ‘The Boy Is Mine’ on the urban youth channel SBTV. They’ve since had top hits with ‘Wait a Minute’, ‘Dance On My Own’ and their recently released ‘Preach’
Karen Harding- Karen Harding had previously auditioned for The X Factor, but was eliminated at the boot camp stage. Proving that she didn’t need the show, Karen went on to release the Top Ten smash hit, ’Say Something’.

Alexa Goddard- Alexa was originally spotted singing in a talent contest at the young age of 14, she then made her way to the spotlight through the video streaming site Youtube. Now signed to Roc Nation under a five album record deal, Alexa has had hits with ‘So There’ and ‘Marilyn’.

Stereo Kicks- Stereo Kicks rose to fame through their time on X Factor 2014, where they were paired together for pitch-perfect results and became one of the most tweeted about acts in the contests’ history. The boys are set to become Britain’s hottest new boy-band and have recently released their new single ‘Love Me So’.
