The Wanted’s Tom Parker has revealed that they can’t wait to get back into the recording studio in 2013 – with a plan to record two albums.

Speaking to Billboard magazine, Tom revealed: “I think we’re going to do two albums, one in April and one towards the end of the year, because we’ve written quite a lot of songs this year.

“We didn’t get to release one at the end of this year so it’s probably going to squeeze to next year, hopefully!”

The boys spent much of 2012 promoting their self-titled EP in America, where their hit ‘Glad You Came’ reached number three on the Billboard singles chart.

They also performed alongside Justin Bieber, Psy, Taylor Swift and Carly Rae Jepsen on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve in the US to ring in 2013.
